Texas CASA Public Affairs Executive Director Andy Homer met with members of the Legislative Advocacy Team (LAT) for CASA for Kids of South Central Texas in Brenham on Sept. 12.
Members of the Brenham LAT had attended the recent LAT Retreat in Austin, and they discussed and raised questions about the Texas CASA Legislative Priorities for the 2019 Legislative Session. LAT members also discussed and planned how to build their relationship with their local legislators and advocate effectively on behalf of CASA.
