International Student Foundation (ISF) is a private, charitable organization, which helps youth who have been orphaned or aged out of foster care pursue a college education. ISF helps youth aging out of foster care attend college and succeed by helping provide:
- Scholarships to ease the financial burden of attending college
- Mentors to help them navigate life
- Leadership Training to help them realize their potential
Criteria:
- Full time undergraduate or trade school students
- Under the age of 24
- Have aged out or will age out of foster care
In the past 10 years, ISF has awarded scholarships to 98 students, celebrated the graduation of 45 student-leaders, and currently has 51 students studying in 16 different states. Please spread the word about this organization!
