The 2019 CASA Day at the Capitol will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019. This is the day that CASA advocates from across Texas join together at the Capitol to advocate on behalf of Texas CASA’s legislative priories. The annual Child Welfare Primer will take place the day prior, Monday, Feb. 4, 2019, at the Omni Austin Hotel in downtown Austin.
