Senate Health & Human Services Committee Releases Interim Report

The Senate Health and Human Services Committee has released the Interim Report to the 86th Legislature with findings and recommendations. The committee was directed to identify potential solutions to the assigned interim charges addressing foster care capacity, child safety and youth preparedness. The report is used to inform policymakers and stakeholders about how to address some of the state’s biggest challenges in the child welfare system moving into the 86th Legislative Session.
