Understanding the Needs of Young Parents

The Child and Family Research Partnership at the UT Austin Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs has released a new policy brief, Understanding the Needs of Young Parents and the Best Approaches for Serving Them. The policy brief gains its insight from a series of focus groups held with young mothers, young fathers and service providers who work with young parents. The policy brief contains key findings, the unique needs and challenges experienced by young parents, as well as possible strategies for supporting them.
