Texas CASA is seeking feedback from Executive Directors, CASA program staff and local CASA program board members regarding our Fiscal Year 2019 services, responses and initiatives through the FY 2019 Annual Program Survey. We are asking for our CASA network to complete the survey by Monday, Oct. 14.
Historically, three hyperlinks to the Annual Program Survey were sent out in February to capture feedback from the previous fiscal year. However, to ensure Texas CASA captures feedback specific to FY 2019 and to better allow Texas CASA to respond to that feedback sooner in FY 2020, the survey release will be in September going forward. This also avoids programs being asked to respond to the National CASA and Texas CASA surveys at the same time.
Additionally, to streamline the survey process, rather than having different survey links for each role, there is now only one survey link where respondents can simply select their role within their CASA program. All individual responses will remain anonymous.
If you complete the anonymous survey and email a screenshot of the “Thank you for completing our survey!” page to Operations and Data Analyst Kelly Pratt at [email]email@example.com[/email], with Subject Line “Survey Raffle,” you will be entered into a drawing for one of the following prizes:
- 1 Texas CASA annual conference registration for the Oct. 2020 conference, valued at approximately $450
- 1 ShopCASA gift card, valued at $150
- 1 custom CASA banner, valued at approximately $75
