Volunteer Coaching & Advocacy (VCA) will present “Generational Awareness: Meeting the Needs of 5 Generations of CASA Volunteers” on Monday, Nov. 29, from 12 to 1 p.m. With a focus on coaching for volunteer retention, we will take a look at what each generation values, their learning styles and what keeps them motivated. Please come and share your best practices for meeting the diverse needs of volunteers from every generation!
