The CASA network has lost a cherished champion in the passing of Beth Swalm (1937-2021). A longtime CASA volunteer and funder, Beth Swalm bought and donated the office building that houses Texas CASA and the Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas on West Anderson Lane in Austin. Her tremendous generosity through the Swalm Foundation was foundational and sustaining, and established Texas CASA’s endowment to ensure the organization’s strength into the future.
