Texas CASA is happy to announce that program trainers will now be able to view learner transcripts within CASA College. This will allow trainers to log in and see what courses a learner has completed, as well as which courses they are enrolled in but have not yet started and which courses they have in progress.
Each program can designate one staff member as their CASA College point person. To do so, programs will simply update the new Salesforce field marked “Designated contact: LMS Admin.” Once this field has been updated, Instructional Designer and Facilitation Coach Margaret Halpin will follow up with the designated person with instructions on how to view learner transcripts.
