Being a Volunteer Recruiter for CASA can be a rewarding and difficult job. CASA is a premier volunteer opportunity – so recruiters have the skills and savvy of a corporate recruiter looking for just the right candidate to fill a position. However, unlike someone in the corporate world, you must persuade someone to support CASA’s mission with their time and talents for free. So, we wonder, recruiters, do you have superpowers?
Texas CASA wants to hear about the successes and challenges you experience recruiting the world’s greatest volunteers. By listening to your stories, we can create resources based on your real-world experience that will supercharge the efforts of recruiters around the state. With this in mind, we’re hosting three in-person Volunteer Recruiter Listening Sessions.
Our goal is to really listen during these sessions and give you the opportunity to connect with other recruiters and program leaders. Please sign up to attend on the date and location that works best for you – one listening session per CASA program. CASA volunteer recruiters and their immediate supervisor should attend.
All sessions are from 9 a.m. to noon:
Email Keri McDonald with any questions. We look forward to hearing from you!
