Recruitment Microlearning: Developing a Strong Recruitment Plan

Are you a new volunteer recruiter? Or are you a seasoned recruiter looking for some new strategies? Together, with subject matter experts from around the CASA network, we have created seven new microlearning lessons to help you reach more volunteers who will invest in your mission.

The second microlearning session, Developing a Strong Recruitment Plan featuring Lucas Land, Director of Communications and Development from CASA of McClennan County, is now available on CASA College!

Each of these easily digestible microlearning sessions is 5 minutes or less and comes with supporting resources based on “The Art of Recruitment Guidebook: Engaging Volunteers Who OWN Your Mission.” We will be releasing the remaining sessions monthly through September. We hope you enjoy this simple and easy method to learn new strategies in very little time!

You can also watch the first session, The Volunteer Ownership Cycle featuring Nicole Ortegon, Outreach Director from Brush Country CASA, at the same link.
