Procedure for External Complaints and Grievances Regarding Texas CASA Staff
Texas CASA is the membership organization for 73 independent, nonprofit CASA programs in Texas. As such, we strive for the best customer service possible for the CASA network and statewide stakeholders. Should someone have any concerns regarding the treatment they received from a member of our staff, we welcome the opportunity to learn more about their concern and respond to their grievance.
