Statewide Nominate Campaign Contest & New Social Media Posts

We know the CASA programs in Texas love a friendly competition, so now is the time to bring out your competitive side by nominating as many people as you can to become CASA volunteers!

Nominate your family, friends, neighbors, dog sitter, hairstylist, UPS delivery person, etc.! Even if you already tell them how wonderful CASA is all of the time, make it official by nominating them to become a volunteer at

For each nomination, your program will receive one point, and the program with the most points at the end of September will be recognized at this year’s Texas CASA Conference in Denton and be the recipient of an amazing prize package!

To help you spread the word, we’ve created some new 15-second and 30-second social media posts that direct your followers to to nominate someone they think will make a great CASA volunteer.

Nominate cards for the campaign are available for download in the Statewide Marketing Campaign Toolkit. Contact the Communications and Awareness team at for the toolkit password or with any questions regarding the contest.

If every member of the CASA network successfully recruited one friend to become a CASA volunteer, we could reach our goal of an advocate for every child who needs one. So, what are you waiting for? Get nominating, spread the word about the contest, and give your CASA program the chance to win a special prize, too!
