Texas CASA is pleased to welcome Margaret Halpin to our Education and Learning team as our Curriculum Designer and Trainer. Margaret first joined the CASA network in 2016 as the Training Coordinator with CASA of Travis County, and is thrilled to bring her passion for creating and facilitating participant-centered learning experiences to the Texas CASA team.
Before joining the CASA family, Margaret worked in program management at the National Domestic Violence Hotline where she trained, supervised and supported frontline advocacy staff and developed e-learning opportunities for community partners across the country. She previously served as staff with Loveisrespect and the Division of Diversity and Community Engagement at The University of Texas, and on the conference planning steering committee with the Healthy Youth Partnership. Margaret is a native Texan and is excited to support the courageous work of CASA programs across the state!
