Texas CASA disseminated the Fiscal Year 2017 survey in March 2018 to evaluate the 71 local CASA programs’ satisfaction with the services we provide. We received 276 completed surveys from Executive Directors, program staff and board members – thank you for your participation!
Please take the time to review the FY 2017 Annual Survey Summary. Here are a few notes about the FY 2017 survey:
- The FY 2017 survey to Executive Directors is almost identical to the survey sent out during the past two previous fiscal years. The FY 2017 surveys provided to board members and staff members of local programs are identical to the surveys sent out to board and staff members in FY 2016, which was our first year to evaluate board and staff separately.
- Prior to the review of Texas CASA services in the summary, you will find an explanation of those services and their value to the network.
Each survey also provided an opportunity to request additional services or assistance for Texas CASA to provide. Texas CASA leadership met to respond to those specific requests. Read Texas CASA’s response to these requests.
