Moving Toward a Child, Youth and Family-Centered System: Opportunities in Court and Service Planning

Texas CASA is excited to announce the release of its latest report, Moving Toward a Child, Youth and Family-Centered System: Opportunities in Court and Service Planning.

The report is the culmination of recommendations and ideas generated by discussions at Texas CASA’s 2018 Child Welfare Primer, which featured dozens of foster youth, kinship caregivers and parents with previous CPS involvement. The report features key themes and specific recommendations on how judges, CPS staff, CASA and attorneys can better elevate the voices of the children, youth and families they serve.
