Watching the CASA Story come to life across the state has been inspiring, and it\u2019s all because of your dedication and hard work.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In September, we&#8217;ll take a brief pause from releasing new campaign materials as we thoughtfully align the CASA Story resources with our new legislative priorities (more info below). This strategic refresh will ensure you have the strongest, most effective tools to engage elected officials and champion CASA&#8217;s impact.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your next activation update will arrive in October. It celebrates the people that make this work possible \u2014 the staff who show up every day to make a difference in the lives of children and families in any role or task they perform. The session takes place on Wednesday, 9\/9 &nbsp;from 1pm-4:30pm. This meeting is an important opportunity to learn about our legislative strategy and how local CASA programs can play a critical role in advancing these priorities throughout the 90th session.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/texascasa.org\/event\/texas-casa-conference-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Registration for the conference closes August 12th.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please ensure that the member of your program who leads legislative advocacy \u2014 whether your LAT Chair or another policy lead \u2014 is registered to attend this important session.
