Texas CASA continues to support local CASA programs in strengthening Collaborative Family Engagement (CFE) practices that prioritize meaningful connections, supportive relationships and positive outcomes for children and families. En Ring of Hope<\/strong> is the newest tool in our Connection Tool Spotlight series! This personalized collection of activity cards helps children, youth, and families identify the people, strategies, and activities that help them feel calm, connected, and hopeful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Organized into eight categories of support, the Ring of Hope gives individuals a resource they can turn to during times of stress, uncertainty, or big emotions. It also creates opportunities for meaningful conversations about personal strengths, supportive relationships, self-care, and future goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Designed to grow and change over time, the Ring of Hope can be personalized as children, youth, and families\u2019 needs evolve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Interested in Ring of Hope materials?<\/strong> If your CASA program, CPS office or SSCC team would like materials, contact your CFE coach or email the CFE Team at cfeteam@texascasa.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Texas CASA is inviting 10 local CASA programs<\/strong> to participate in the third Trust-Based Relational Intervention\u00ae (TBRI\u00ae) for CASA cohort, offered through the TBRI\u00ae Ambassador Program at Child Advocates of Montgomery County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This opportunity will help participating programs integrate TBRI\u00ae principles into their advocacy and communities, equipping them to better understand the effects of trauma and use strategies for empowering, connecting, and correcting.
