Se puede conceder una excepci\u00f3n a discreci\u00f3n del personal del programa CASA; sin embargo, la decisi\u00f3n de permitir una carga de casos mayor deber\u00e1 ser documentada con respecto a la justificaci\u00f3n y razonabilidad de la excepci\u00f3n.
