This Strengths-Based Supervision Training for Volunteer Retention Training is developed specifically for Advocate Supervisors with 0-4 years of experience. We are looking forward to providing a space for networking and learning.
Topics for this training will include the 3 Functions of Supervision, Parallel Process, Crisis vs. In-depth Supervision, Facilitation Skills and much, much more, all to help you be the best Advocate Supervisor you can be!
