This year, local program board members can complete Texas CASA’s required Local Board Officer Development (LBOD) training on their own schedule! LBOD for FY 2021 is a five-part virtual training series which will be recorded live and then housed on the Texas CASA website for viewing.
In this webinar series, M. Gale and Associates will provide training curriculum and an expert consultant to lead each session focused on topics such as building organizational capacity, diversity, planning, strategy, communications, board development, engagement and activating the board to achieve success.
HOW YOUR PROGRAM CAN MEET THE REQUIREMENT
At least one member of the board must complete the five-part webinar series by no later than Aug. 31, 2021, to satisfy the funding requirement. Board members can either attend live or view the recordings.
As always, Executive Directors are encouraged to attend as well.
