Executive Directors determine their organizations’ practices that ultimately set the standard for the quality of advocacy children receive from CASA volunteers. This training will discuss:

  • volunteer screening, training, supervision, recognition and retention,
  • required policies and procedures,
  • data management,
  • resources available from Texas and National CASA,
  • public relations, and
  • securing and maintaining resources, funds and volunteers from the community.
