Amarillo Area CASA, in partnership with the Texas Children’s Commission, Texas CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates®), the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, Texas Appleseed and Casey Family Services, presents Permanency Values Training!
Every child deserves to grow up in a safe, loving and permanent home, especially a child, who through no fault of her own, enters foster care. The options available to children in care may look different from what we have in our own families. This one-day training will explore permanency values and how partners in the child protection system can work with – and for – children and youth in care to build life-long, supportive relationships that give them a sense of family and belonging.
