Texas CASA will sponsor a Strategic Planning Training on Oct. 13 at 12 p.m. CT for local CASA program Executive Directors and board members. M. Gale and Associates will present a 90-minute webinar detailing what a strategic plan is, why it is important, who should be involved and elements of the plan. We will focus on practical ways to engage others in preparing and monitoring the plan. Participants will learn how to approach a process that results in a 3-5 year plan with accountability measures that cascades from volunteer leadership and staff.
