Educational Advocacy Toolkit & Facilitator Guide
Texas CASA is excited to release the Educational Advocacy Toolkit, specifically developed for CASA volunteers. The goal of this toolkit is to provide you with the knowledge and tools needed to identify education-related challenges experienced by the children you serve and to advocate effectively to overcome them. It examines how the school and child welfare systems intersect and provides you with the information and tools to help you make a difference in your CASA child’s education.
