We’ve heard your requests for a training on documentation in Optima for CASA volunteers. Whether your advocates are fresh on their first case, or they’ve been volunteering for years, encourage them to join VCA Development Specialist Leslie Cocke y Learning and Education Specialist Sarah Ritch to learn about how they can write quality documentation on cases, and use that to improve advocacy for the children and family they’re working with!

At the discretion of your local program, this hourlong training can count towards advocates’ mandatory 12 hours of annual in-service training. Attendees will receive a certificate as proof of attendance.
