Texas CASA is licensed to provide social work CEUs. You can purchase a CEU form during your registration for $20. You will need to have each workshop moderator sign your form in order for it to count toward your total CEU count. Whether a workshop counts toward CEU hours will be indicated on the workshop description during the workshop selection part of registration. General sessions do not count towards CEU.

This year’s gala theme is Nectar at Nightfall. Just as hummingbirds gather nectar to sustain their remarkable journeys, this evening celebrates the people, relationships, and moments that sustain CASA programs and advocates in their work on behalf of children. Set against the backdrop of a twilight garden, the gala creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere where attendees can connect, reflect, and recharge while honoring the impact they make every day.

The visual palette draws from rich twilight hues including deep plum, indigo, violet, and midnight blue, accented with touches of gold, amber, and bright floral tones. Check out the Nectar at Nightfall Lookbook for inspiration on your gala ensemble.

Lodging is separate from the registration cost. Lodging at the conference hotel is $189/night plus tax.

Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and room types cannot be guaranteed. To help with the reception of emails regarding conference from our event software, Cvent, you can add the following domain to your safe senders list:

  • cvent.com
  • cventmail.com
  • cvent-planner.com
  • cvtsv.comcvent.me
  • cvent.cloud

How do I add domains to a safe senders list?

Follow these instructions based on your email service provider:
(Note: These links go to third-party YouTube videos. Texas CASA is not responsible or liable for their content or any content created by the video providers/producers.)

Adding safe senders does not guarantee emails will avoid junk or spam filters as every email system has its own security networks, especially if using a corporate email. However, it will increase the probability conference emails from Texas CASA’s event management system, Cvent, will land in your inbox.

Please email Texas CASA’s Campaign Marketing & Media Manager, Lindsey Lee at llee@texascasa.org. Inquiries will receive a response within 24 hours during normal business hours.
