Fiscal Year 2025 Impact Report Now Available

Established in 1989, Texas CASA is the statewide membership association for all local CASA programs. We support the local CASA programs with training, community awareness, resources, grant administration and public policy to make a positive difference in the lives of children and families in Texas.

This year was an exciting year of challenges and opportunities. Our Public Policy team returned to the Texas Capitol and remained strong in our network-wide advocacy on behalf of children and families experiencing foster care. We championed Senate Bill 2165 so a child’s case can no longer be dismissed while a child is missing or has run away and advocated for strengthened oversight of Community-Based Care to give communities a formal voice in the process. There’s so much more that we accomplished in front of and behind the scenes, and we are excited to move forward as an empowered and united CASA network.
