The first review will be of the final written content before it is sent to the designer or filmmaker. This is to ensure feedback from all stakeholders is incorporated so we don't proof content that gets changed later. The second review should happen in the design or filming stage. Please work with the Communications team regarding a preferred timeline. With big guidebooks, we would like for the designers to send a sample cover and spread before placing the content. This is to ensure all parties approve of the layout before full design.
