Caseload Audit Form

This form is completed by Volunteer Supervisors to conduct structured reviews of their assigned caseloads on a monthly or quarterly basis. Monthly completion is strongly encouraged to ensure that meaningful advocacy is actively taking place and properly documented for each child served.

By maintaining consistent and timely caseload reviews, supervisors play a vital role in upholding the quality and integrity of CASA advocacy — helping to ensure every child on the docket receives the attention and support they deserve.
