CFE Train the Trainer Graduates
Texas CASA is pleased to announce our first set of graduates from the CFE Train the Trainer certification process. We had 17 graduates from across the state representing CASA, DFPS and the local SSCCs! Facilitating CFE training is an important part of the CFE embedding process, and the Texas CASA team was excited to walk alongside the participants during this process. The participants learned how to integrate CFE into their onboarding processes for new staff, pre-service training for volunteers and ongoing training for both. Several requirements were expected of participants during the training including observing the Texas CASA CFE Team, attending a facilitator workshop, presenting to a group for 10 minutes on a specific CFE topic and 1:1 coaching time with a member of our team.
