TEXAS CASA SEEKS GROWTH STRATEGIST
Texas CASA is seeking a Growth Strategist to utilize strong strategic and problem-solving expertise to evaluate and structure how to unlock growth within the CASA network by building capacity to serve 100% of children with CASA volunteers. Work with targeted CASA programs to identify barriers and new opportunities as well as develop and implement strategies unique to each program. Create, lead, and implement strategies in collaboration with Network Services team members to expand and grow the CASA network’s volunteer pool and children served. Casa of Travis County is hiring for the following positions:
Child Advocacy Specialist (CAS): As a CAS, you will guide and supervise a team of volunteer advocates by providing guidance, coaching and feedback as they advocate for the best interest of the children to whom they are assigned. For more information on the position, please see the job description.
Diversity Recruitment Specialist: As a Diversity Recruitment Specialist, you will report to the Director of Volunteer Recruitment and Retention (DVRR) and be a member of the Community Engagement team. The Diversity Recruitment Specialist will focus on creating connections with underrepresented communities and work to increase the diversity among CASA’s pool of volunteer advocates, including but not limited to diversity of race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, differing abilities, and age. brazos valley PROGRAM SEEKS events coordinator
Voices for Children, Inc., a 20-year-old nonprofit, seeks a full-time Events Coordinator. CASA of Central Texas, Inc. is looking to hire six new employees:
Casework Supervisor to supervise volunteer child advocates, attend and moderate training sessions for child advocates, participate in case staffing, assist placement options, participate in program evaluation, attend court hearings, provide supervision in filing court reports and more. Minimum Qualifications: B.S. in Social Work or Equivalent; Experience in providing child advocacy casework services; Experience in volunteer supervision.
Community Engagement Coordinator to interface directly with the community at-large to build a pipeline of prospective volunteers who are interested in serving as advocates for children and youth. This role is responsible for initiating outreach strategies and activities, cultivating interpersonal relationships, and motivating engagement toward becoming a CASA volunteer. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and lived experience in recruitment, community outreach, social work, marketing, public relations, or social work.
Donor Relations Associate Manager to contribute to the agency's fiscal health and deepen the trust and confidence from the community. Following donor-centered philanthropic practices, this role cultivates donor and funder relationships to maximize financial gifts provided through various avenues to pursue personal values by supporting CASA’s work. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Administration or related field; 2 years of relevant work experience in fundraising, donor relations or database
administration.
Fund Development Events Manager is responsible for our portfolio of signature annual events (dinner/auction, golf tournament, 5k/1k run), corporate partnerships, and ongoing third-party events. Through the blending of strong networking and cultivation, fundraising, and project management skills, you will create highly polished fundraising events. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Administration, or related field; 4 years of relevant work experience in event planning, fundraising, or donor relations.
Director of Communications will play a vital role to increase brand awareness across a diverse and challenging market by setting strategy, developing plans and processes, partnering with internal and external
constituents, and developing our staff team. With the goal of achieving maximum impact and benefit for CASA, and delivering upon high expectations for results, the Director of Communications conducts and/or oversees all external communications including marketing, media and public relations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field; or equivalent combination of education and lived experience in related fields; Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in public relations, investigative reporting, marketing, volunteer recruitment and/or fund development; Minimum 3 years of experience directly supervising people.
Information Technology Systems Technician is an exempt / part-time position (15-20 hours per week). This position is responsible for maintaining computer, phone and technology equipment systems within the business setting. Duties include installing hardware (computers, phones, and other equipment), installing software, updating or repairing existing systems and troubleshooting problems with hardware and software.

Freestone and Limestone County PROGRAM SEEKS Part-Time Volunteer Supervisor
The newly formed CASA of Freestone and Limestone Counties, also referred to as Bi-Stone CASA, is seeking a part-time Volunteer Supervisor to Coordinate the delivery of direct advocacy services to assigned foster children through the management of volunteer advocates.
Qualifications: Experience with the supervision or coordination of volunteers preferred. Prior experience in the provision of case management or advocacy services with children required. Prior volunteer experience required. Clear criminal background required.
