Request for Proposals: TBRI Training & Implementation Provider

Texas CASA is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide Trust Based Relational Intervention ® (TBRI ®) training to a select cohort of CASA program leadership in Texas over the course of one year. The two-part training and ongoing implementation support will center on TBRI® through a CASA advocacy and family engagement lens. Minimum Qualifications
  • Designated as a TBRI® Ambassador by the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development
  • Two to three years of Collaborative Family Engagement (CFE) implementation, or other comparable family engagement advocacy approach
  • Vendor must be able to demonstrate significant experience/understanding of the role of CASA volunteers
  • Experience developing curriculum and leading in-person and virtual training and coaching sessions
This contract will commence in September 2024 for a one-year period, with the option of three one-year renewals, dependent on the need to further implementation and available funding. Proposals must be submitted by close of business on July 31, 2024, to



CASA of Travis County is looking for a Director of Family Engagement (DFE) who can champion the family finding and engagement work done by CASA and lead the program team in efforts to integrate family finding and engagement into all advocacy efforts. As the Director of Family Engagement, you will report to the Senior Director of Advocacy and be a member of the Advocacy Leadership team and the Program Leadership team. The DFE supervises the Family Finding Specialist, Early Family Engagement Specialists, and the Resource Specialist, and takes the lead in ensuring a focus on the value of family engagement and relational permanency for the Program Team.

Freestone and Limestone County PROGRAM SEEKS Part-Time Volunteer Supervisor

The newly formed CASA of Freestone and Limestone Counties, also referred to as Bi-Stone CASA, is seeking a part-time Volunteer Supervisor to Coordinate the delivery of direct advocacy services to assigned foster children through the management of volunteer advocates.

Qualifications: Experience with the supervision or coordination of volunteers preferred. Prior experience in the provision of case management or advocacy services with children required. Prior volunteer experience required. Clear criminal background required.

Sabine Neches Region Seeks Program Director

CASA of the Sabine Neches Region is currently hiring for a Recruitment & Retention Coordinator. The Recruitment & Retention Coordinator is responsible for recruiting and retaining volunteer advocates to provide direct advocacy services, information, referrals and assistance with Crime Victims’ Compensation, Texas SAVNS and other direct victim services to children in the child welfare system who have been the victims of abuse and neglect.
