Meet the newest member of the team!
Frances Lofley, CFE Coach
Texas CASA is pleased to welcome Frances Lofley to the CFE Team. Frances will be supporting 18 local CASA programs in their implementation of Collaborative Family Engagement, and brings a wealth of passion and knowledge to this work. Frances joins Texas CASA from CASA of the South Plains with seven years of experience as an advocacy coordinator and CFE manager. She has an undergraduate degree from Lubbock Christian University, and master’s coursework (all but thesis) from Texas Tech University in Sociology, with minors in women’s studies and substance abuse. Previously employed as a PREP/CAPE Facilitator with BCFS, she worked with youth who aged out of foster care and facilitated training for agencies in the region. She is overjoyed to join the Texas CASA family and have the opportunity to continue working with her passion for Collaborative Family Engagement.
