Approximately 47% of children in foster care are in the infant to toddler (ages zero to five) range, the largest group that most CASA programs in Texas serve. To better address the needs of these children, the Child Advocates of Fort Bend have created the 0-5 Program Guide, which is now available to the network! This resource includes information leaders of local Texas CASA programs need to know to increase or begin volunteer advocacy for infants and toddlers.
