Texas CASA exists to make the system-wide changes needed to improve the lives of youth and families in the child welfare system. Through advocacy with state decision-makers and collaboration with stakeholders, Texas CASA works to remove barriers and increase access to normal experiences for children and youth experiencing foster care.
Texas CASA creates connections and support through community collaboration, impactful resources and advocacy for systemic change. By supporting the 73 CASA programs and more than 9,500 CASA volunteers statewide, Texas CASA ensures that the CASA network has the most current resources and information to advocate for the best possible care for the children they serve.
