Secondly, we are very excited to announce STAR will be offering two in-person trainings for Advocate Supervisors in March and May of this year. We will be welcoming back guest presenter, Dr. Cynthia Lietz. Dr. Lietz is a professor and Dean at Arizona State University and the creator of the Strengths-Based Supervision (SBS) model and has adapted the SBS model specifically for these trainings.
The day and a half trainings will be offered in two separate regions. The first training is on March 4th & 5th in Dallas. The second offering is on May 16th & 17th in San Antonio.
