Public Policy Tour of Texas (Midland)

Texas CASA’s Public Policy Team is hosting a series of Pre-Session Public Policy Trainings for CASA volunteers, staff and board members around the state this summer and fall! They will discuss effective legislative advocacy, child welfare trends, current hot policy topics and legislative priorities for the 89th Legislative Session. Each training will be 3 hours and will include lunch. Every CASA program is welcome to attend a training, regardless of whether or not they have a Legislative Advocacy Team. The Public Policy Team will be sending out invitations, but feel free to email publicpolicy@texascasa.org if you are interested in attending any of these training sessions.
