Highland Lakes CASA seeks Volunteer Recruitment & Training Coordinator
The Volunteer Recruitment & Training Coordinator will manage the volunteer process from initial interest through screening, pre-service training, onboarding, and readiness for case assignment. The position also supports continuing education, volunteer records, compliance, and recruitment-focused community outreach. This role works closely with the Program Director, Advocate Supervisors, Development Director, and Executive Director. This position is based in Kingsland, Texas, with travel throughout our five-county service area of Burnet, Blanco, Llano, Lampasas, and San Saba Counties.

The Court Advocacy Specialist is responsible for supervising and evaluating advocates appointed to serve children in foster care.
