CASA ACTs Consultant: Request for Proposal

Texas CASA is seeking an experienced individual to coordinate efforts at the statewide and local CASA network level to support survivor centered CASA advocacy and training. This contract will be primarily conducted remotely but may include some in person travel to Austin and other areas of the state (not to exceed 15% of total contract time). The contractor should be available by phone, virtually, and by email.

CASA of Johnson County seeks Program Director

CASA of Johnson County is seeking an experienced, mission-driven leader to serve as our next Program Director. This person will report directly to the Executive Director, the Program Director leads our advocacy team and helps ensure children who have experienced abuse or neglect receive the strong, consistent advocacy they deserve. This position provides leadership to Volunteer Supervisors and CASA Volunteers, oversees advocacy and case management services, strengthens community partnerships, and helps move the organization’s mission forward.

This role is ideal for someone who can lead people, manage competing priorities, and build collaborative relationships while keeping the best interests of children at the center of every decision. Similar leadership responsibilities are found across Texas CASA programs, including staff supervision, advocacy oversight, compliance monitoring, and community engagement.

Child Advocates of Fort Bend seeks Court Advocacy Specialist

The Court Advocacy Specialist is responsible for supervising and evaluating advocates appointed to serve children in foster care. The goal is to provide advocates with supervision and monitoring to ensure children’s best interest are being met while involved in the legal system. In addition, this position assists with advocate recruitment, screening, and training of advocates as well as program development, tracking and evaluation.
