Texas CASA seeks an experienced consultant to guide selected CASA programs currently underserving children in their service area through a structured process of assessment, planning and transformation. The consultant will support local leadership teams in identifying barriers, developing actionable strategies and implementing sustainable practices that expand volunteer capacity and ensure more children are served by a CASA volunteer.

Volunteer Supervisor seeks Volunteer Supervisor
The Volunteer Supervisor works with the Program Director to assure quality services for each child who is assigned to Brush Country CASA by the court. The Volunteer Supervisor also works with the Program
Director to maintain accurate case and volunteer statistics for statistical reporting. He/she will work closely with volunteers, service providers, and families in both direct casework and supervisory functions. The
Volunteer Supervisor is classified as an exempt employee; no overtime shall be paid to this position.

CASA of Milam County seeks Volunteer Supervisor
The Volunteer supervisor’s main responsibility is to monitor and address volunteers’ growth in skills and advocacy on their cases, ensuring that children assigned to the CASA program receive appropriate advocacy services. This position supervises CASA Volunteers during the entire case (from assignment through closing of the case). This position involves casework primarily in the state of Texas and is a Part-Time position. The Volunteer Supervisor must also possess strong organizational skills, as well as effective oral and written communication skills, knowledge of children’s services, and the ability to manage volunteers effectively. Additionally, they must demonstrate effective time management and the capacity to plan and lead strategically.
