Brush Country CASA seeks Volunteer Supervisor

The Volunteer Supervisor works with the Program Director to assure quality services for each child who is assigned to Brush Country CASA by the court. They will also work with the Program Director to maintain accurate case and volunteer statistics for statistical reporting. The Volunteer Supervisor will work closely with volunteers, service providers, and families in both direct casework and supervisory functions. This position supervises CASA Volunteers during the entire case (from assignment through closing of the case). This position involves casework primarily in the state of Texas and is a Part or Full Time position. The Volunteer Supervisor must also possess strong organizational skills, as well as effective oral and written communication skills, knowledge of children’s services, and the ability to manage volunteers effectively. Additionally, they must demonstrate effective time management and the capacity to plan and lead strategically.
