THE CASA Story
Texas CASA’s story began 30 years ago in 1989 when our organization was founded by Jane Quentan Piper. To celebrate and honor our history, we have created a visual timeline of major events within the CASA network in Texas as well as in the child welfare system. But our story isn’t complete without you!
