Court-Ordered Services (COS) Advocacy Information Session

This Court-Ordered Services (COS) Advocacy Information Session was recorded on July 18, 2025.

The goal of this information session/webinar is to help you think through the next steps for your program. If, after watching, you’d like to learn more or want to explore adding COS advocacy to your program, please email Anna McDonnell or Deedra Baker. They will be glad to set up a time to talk in more detail and help you navigate a potential implementation strategy.

As Texas CASA leadership has stated previously, local programs interested in taking on COS cases need to be serving at least 95% of children in conservatorship within their jurisdiction and with at least 80% PCHV. This ensures we stay focused on our core mission of serving Texas children and families in conservatorship as our network’s top priority.

You’re also welcome to connect with the local programs that participated in the COS pilot, their contact information is listed in the training. Special thanks to those programs for leading the way in meeting children’s needs in this way!

Thanks again for your interest – we hope you find the video informative.
