Texas CASA Welcomes New Website Development & Communications Specialist
Our former Web Development & Communications Intern, Thalia Wilson, has accepted a full-time position in our department as the Web Development & Communications Specialist! As the Web Development & Communications Specialist, she will work on assisting in the management of the Texas CASA website and serving as the main point of contact for local CASA program stakeholders in helping them with their respective websites and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Thalia graduated from the University of North Texas (UNT) and used her passion for digital design to receive a BFA in communication design with a concentration in user experience design and minored in art history and advertising. While at UNT she worked as a resident assistant for three years, which included helping students get acclimated and involved on campus by hosting events and fostering friendships with her residents and fellow resident assistants. She is excited to be a part of the team at Texas CASA and work toward a meaningful cause. Outside of design, Thalia enjoys reading, going for runs, baking, and watching movies.
