Quarterly Data Update: FY26 Quarter 2

During FY2026 Q2, local CASA programs in Texas began serving 1,400 new children with 553 new dedicated volunteers, bringing the year-to-date totals for FY2026 to 14292 total children served and 6280 total volunteers, respectively. Since last quarter, the total number of children served has increased by 11% across local CASA programs in Texas. Compared to FY25 Q2, the total number of children served has increased by 4%.

Across the state, your increased recruitment efforts were paying off in FY26 Q2 with 597 volunteers beginning pre-service training, which is an 18% increase compared to FY25 Q2. Also in this quarter, nine CASA programs successfully served 100% of children with a CASA volunteer.

Texas CASA is proud to support the amazing work of the local CASA programs that bring these numbers to life every day. Behind every statistic is a child, a parent, a family and a purpose-driven CASA program. Thank you for all you do for children, parents and families across Texas.
