TEXAS CASA HAS Two OPEN POSITIONS
Chief External Relations Officer: This position directs the development of legislative advocacy work and other policy efforts in collaboration with multiple stakeholders, cultivates the organization’s relationship with the judiciary, state agencies, foundations, donors and the media, and aims to broaden the impact of Texas CASA and CASA programs. The Chief External Relations Officer provides guidance on policy development, government relations, communications and fundraising. This position oversees the Public Policy team, including events and collaborative partnerships to advance systemic reforms of the child protection system. Qualifications: Five years experience with editorial creation and production. Five years full-time leadership experience with a nonprofit or governmental organization.

CASA Anti-Child Trafficking (ACTs) Consultant: The CASA ACT Consultant will be responsible for coordinating efforts at the statewide and local CASA network level to support survivor centered CASA advocacy and training. This contract opportunity will require regular check ins with the Advocacy Initiatives Director and frequent correspondence with Texas CASA, local CASA programs, and community stakeholders. This contract will be primarily conducted remotely but may include some in person travel to Austin and other areas of the state (not to exceed 15% of total contract time). COLLIN COUNTY PROGRAM SEEKS A MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
The primary role of the Marketing & Communications Manager is to support the growth and awareness of the public’s knowledge and understanding about CASA of Collin County’s mission, expand the organization’s visibility locally, and develop and realize methods to ensure a strong influx of volunteers and/or donor prospects. This position will have active and ongoing collaboration with the Chief Program Officer, Volunteer Onboarding Manager, and Volunteer Education Manager. CASA OF WISE AND JACK COUNTIES SEEKS AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Executive Director (ED) – The ED will lead the organization in supporting children in protective care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for child advocacy, extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, and a proven ability to drive strategic direction, foster collaboration, and ensure sound financial management. Key responsibilities include overseeing staff and volunteer development, fundraising, community partnerships, and marketing efforts while staying aligned with best practices in child welfare.
