Established in 1989, Texas CASA is the statewide association for local CASA programs.
To best support the CASA network, Texas CASA serves as the administrator of state and federal funds, sets and monitors standards, provides training, leads a statewide volunteer recruitment campaign, advocates for public policy and more.
