FY26 Media Plan for The CASA Effect Has Arrived!

We are pleased to announce that we have finalized the media plan for The CASA Effect for FY26 (Oct. 2025 – Sept. 2026). This year we are moving to a full statewide approach and adding new out-of-home placements. We want to thank all the local programs for your feedback regarding the campaign. We have taken your feedback into consideration, and we will be including more male-targeted placements and using a more male-leaning creative into the strategy moving forward.

Check out a few highlights of the new tactics below and view the entire plan here or by clicking on the button at the bottom of the page.

  • Texas Standard & Texas Newscasts: We’ve partnered with Texas Standard for many years which is broadcast by 30+ public radio stations covering 95% of Texas and this year we are adding on Texas Newscasts which airs on 25+ public radio stations, covering 94% of Texas.
  • Billboards & Digital Posters: We are bringing back billboards and digital posters across the state with 26 placements meant to cover as much area and reach as many commuters as possible. These will run April-June and specific placement information will be sent out prior to their launch.
  • Grocery Store Digital Placements: Within grocery stores and gas stations, volunteer enthusiasts (based on phone tracking data) will be served an ad on a digital screen when they check out. Almost 3,500 stores in Texas possess this capability.
  • Movie Theater Ads: We are partnering with two statewide companies to run CASA ads prior to the start of movies within the theater as well as on promo screens in theater lobbies. Movie-goers will then be retargeted with a digital ad at a later time. Specific placement information will be sent out prior to their launch.
  • ESPN: We are leveraging ESPN’s multi-platform ecosystem to connect with sports fans which skew male. To further enhance our reach to male audiences, we will also be running ads on male skewing YouTube content.

In addition to these new strategies, we will continue our social media, digital and online streaming placements.

All creative used for the campaign is or will be available to you in the Recruitment & Branding section in the Program Portal.

We hope you are excited about the FY26 media plan! If you have questions about the media plan, Dennise Jackson and Lindsey Lee will be hosting Zoom office hours on Thursday, October 30 from 2-3 p.m. CT. You do not need to register, just show up: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81468909420.
